Initiator and Chairman: Mike Angenent
Mike worked as a goldsmith and designer and is a certified diamond grader and graduate gemologist for the Diamond High Council in Antwerp and has a Master’s degree in Arts and Sciences from the University of Maastricht specialising in ethical decision making processes.

Treasurer: Alain Biesterveld
Alain worked for the Antwerp Diamond List, a b to b magazine for the diamond sector and was the marketing manager for Nenoir diamonds, an ethical diamond brand that guarantees full traceability and first private ownership for Canadian diamonds.

Secretary: Nick Tijssen
Nick works for one of the largest diamond houses in Antwerp. He used to do public relations and organized the Antwerp Diamond Cup.

Artist and designer, specialized herself in the arts and cultures of the Himba and the San Bushman in Namibia.

Rob Hollander
CEO Flamingo BV, the largest goldsmiths atelier in the Netherlands and first to introduce Oro Verde gold in The Netherlands

Vivien Johnston
Initiator and founder of Fifi Bijoux Ethical Jewellery and finalist in the Cosmopolitan women of the year 2009 awards.

Thomas Siepelmeijer
Initiator and founder of the Eco Andina Foundation in Argentina. Active in small scale mining for over 25 years.

Rachel Lichte
Brand strategist for BBMG branding and integrated marketing for mission driven companies in San Fransisco and co founder of The Clarity Project

Matthew Sathekge
Cambridge graduate, consultant and course developer for Complete Diamond Educations in Johannesburg, South Africa.
